Meet The Owner
As a native of Spain, Chef Dana started cooking Paella as she was growing up, but she really didn't see the art or passion in cooking it for others until she came to FL in the early 2000's. She's been cooking Paella for 15 years as a personal chef in South Florida ever since.
The business started when Dana and her late husband moved to Florida from Ibiza, Spain. They brought a pan and a burner and began cooking for neighbors and friends for fun. Word spread and sooner than later it turned into a business of its own!
